How does the PaldiSpot test work?

The patient’s DNA is used in quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) testing, where we screen the sample for the presence of Borrelia, Babesia or Bartonella DNA. qPCR is an advanced laboratory technique that monitors the amplification of a specific DNA molecule.
