How does the PrediSpot test work?

DNA is isolated from blood or swab sample and used as template in quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) reactions to identify genetic markers, called single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with an increased risk of developing serious medical conditions. On the final report, you get information about the outcome of each polymorphisms studied.
