How does the PrimeSpot test work?

PrimeSpot test can accurately diagnose infections from different viruses, Lyme Disease and chronic fatigue syndrome using sensitive molecular biology techniques (quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction – qPCR). During the PrimeSpot test, a patient’s DNA and RNA is isolated from blood cells and serum. We then use them as a template in both one-step and two-step RNA qPCR reactions. The PrimeSpot test is highly sensitive and can detect and quantify certain viruses, and the presence of Lyme Disease-associated species.
