What is the threshold cycle mentioned in PaldiSpot?

The threshold cycle, or Ct value, shows that a detectable amount of the DNA has been generated during the test. The PaldiSpot test can detect the presence of 23 strains of Borrelia, Babesia or Bartonella DNA.
