Rinse your mouth well with clean water.

Open the swab packet and remove the swab and tube being careful to not let the white swab head touch any other object or surface.

Remove the swab from the tube and insert into one side of the mouth between the inside of the cheek and upper gum. Applying firm and solid pressure, rub the swab against the inside of the cheek using an up and down motion for 30 to 60 seconds.

Gently place the swab back into the tube. Place your thumbnail in the small groove set in the swab handle, then snap the handle in two by bending to one side. Let the swab head fall into the tube.

Remove the silica gel capsule from the foil wrapper and place into the tube, allowing it to fall on top of the swab shaft. Seal the tube with the cap provided.

Place one of your pre-printed stickers on to the test tube. Repeat steps 1 to 6.

Once both swabs are completed, place both small swab test tubes into the 50ml test tube, secure tightly then place into the Future health test box along with the “Return form”.

Close the lid and seal the box. Place your pre-printed returns label onto the front of the box and put in any post box as soon as possible. We will let you know once we have received your test and email your results directly to you.
